PrivatAir was a Swiss Airline with a German subsidiary providing ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance and Insurance) headquartered at Geneva Airport. It operated scheduled services for other major airlines as well as charter flights for corporations or VIPs.

The family office that owned PrivatAir wished to divest and needed strategic advice in order to find the optimal solution for the shareholders and the stakeholders of the company.
