OmniLabs Group Ltd

Acted as lead adviser to OmniLabs Group Limited, one of the UK’s leading pathology laboratory for it’s restructuring, raising of £6.6 million in private equity and the reduction of debt, and provided its Chairman, Eric F. Kohn TD VR, as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Omnilabs Limited was subsequently sold for a consideration in excess of £16.5 Million to Medical Imaging Australasia Ltd., an Australian publicly quoted company.
